GOYEN SOLENOID REVIEW

FilterPro has began recommending the Goyen Valves and solenoid valves. The have proven to perform better overall in the field. An example is the "Red Hat". The small plastic cap which holds the solenoid in place tends to become brittle and fail thus dropping out the solnoid and causing the ciol to fail. Asco has also began only selling coils which are fully enclosed. Good idea right? Well the new enclosed coil will not fit in many of the old control boxes. The solution is to install a Gyyen solenoid which attaches with two screws, and will not work loose. You will have to drill out the steam hole when installing the Goyen valve.
